Do-Rite eGift Card Sweepstakes Official Rules Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and like amounts connected with the prizes. How to enter sweepstakes: Starting at 12:00 PM CDT July 2, 2026 and ending at 10:00 AM CDT July 9, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Window”), enter for a chance to win one $250.00 eGift Card from Do-Rite Donuts with an approximate retail value of $250.00 by following Do-Rite Donuts on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/doritedonuts/ (Promotion Site), like the post, comment and tag one friend in the comment section of the @doritedonuts post from July 2, 2026 by the end of the Sweepstakes Window.

To enter without purchase: on a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth and mail with proper postage to: Do-Rite eGift Card Sweepstakes, 5419 N. Sheridan Road, Suite 105, Chicago, IL 60640. All write-in entries must be postmarked by July 9, 2026, and received by 10:00 AM July 13, 2026. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.

At or about 10:00 AM CDT July 13, 2026, one winner will be randomly selected from all entries. The winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message or email depending on entry method at or about that time to coordinate electronic delivery of their prize. Card valid only at the following participating Do-Rite Donut locations: (7451 183rd St. Tinley Park, IL 60477, 233 S. Wacker Drive Chicago, IL 60606, 1027 W. Addison St. Chicago, IL 60613, 181 N. Morgan St. Chicago, IL 60607, 233 E. Erie St. Chicago, IL 60611). Winner will be required to present a valid government issued identification card for prize pick up, if applicable. Restrictions apply. Go to https://www.doritedonuts.com for all restrictions. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, misdirected or otherwise faulty entries or information of any kind, even if due to Sponsor error. No alcoholic beverages, transportation, travel or accommodations are included.

If winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification or fails to provide adequate information, the prize may be considered forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen by Sponsor in their absolute and sole discretion. Total approximate retail value of the prize is $250.00.

How to claim your prize: The Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or email with all required details on or about 10:00 AM CDT July 13, 2026. Winner will be required to provide their full name, and respond no later than Twenty Four Hours from time of notification. Failure to respond within the applicable time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor shall have the option and not the obligation to award the prize to an alternate winner in their sole discretion. If a prize winner is found to be ineligible, or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may consider such prize winner to have forfeited the prize, and another prize winner may be selected in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or notices even if due to human error including Sponsor error.

General Provisions: No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives are available. No cash value and no refunds on unused amounts. Gratuity is not included. Prizes are non-transferable. No Prize includes alcoholic beverages. Except where prohibited by law, participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. All Employees of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc. and Do-Rite Erie LLC (“Sponsor”), their agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Your entry and/or participation constitutes a full and complete release of Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability related to this promotion. You are providing your information to Sponsor and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc. and not to Facebook or Instagram. By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and all decisions. By participating and/or accepting the prize, participants/winners agree to release Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents as stated herein from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities and that Sponsor may use participant’s/winner’s name, likeness and submitted photograph for advertising and publicity purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known, without further notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.

Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each Registered Participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each Participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. REGISTERED PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
